How to Feel Safe Workshop
“The antidote to anxiety is not calm, it is safety”. How would it feel to create safety within your own ecosystem, regulate through discomfort and anxiety and learn to move through the world in a grounded and regulated way? I can teach you how. When we live with a regulated nervous system we are able to show up as our authentic selves in the world, in our relationships, and for ourselves.
Class will be held Wednesday March 6th at 5pm pst
This 2 hour workshop is an intro to creating safety within you own body. Using evidence-based modalities to help rewire your nervous system and help to discern the difference between a true threat and a perceived threat of danger or discomfort.
By the end of our time together you will have a basic embodied understanding of what safety feels like in your body, tools to help you continue connecting with yourself and building safety within your ecosystem and a community of support and connection.
Sliding scale pricing: $25, $50 & $75. Choose what price feels right for you in your body. If it feels safe, take a moment and close your eyes. Take three deep grounding breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and check in with what feels right in your body and for your current financial status. I can’t wait to see you in class!
